Infrastructure specified around your requirements. Not a vendor’s.
AI/ML and GPU infrastructure, automation, cloud, enterprise networking, security, unified communications, and surveillance — designed, built, and deployed by engineers.
Pipelines, storage, governed AI access, and the compute underneath — engineered so your data works for you, not against you.
GPU clusters, MCP integrations, and secure LLM environments, trained on your data with inference you control.
Workflows, systems integration, and data pipelines that run on schedule — without the copy-paste.
Cloud environments designed, built, and deployed to your requirement and your budget.
Backup paths and 5G failover, over-air links beyond the building, and cabling run where it belongs.
From assessment of what you have to endpoint protection, DLP, and recovery that assumes ransomware.
VoIP built with the network it runs on, on-premise or in the cloud, migrated without losing your numbers.
Cameras and access control designed as one environment — offices, campuses, and rural sites alike.

What we build
AI/ML and GPU infrastructure
GPU compute and cluster design, on-premise or in the cloud. We build the CUDA environments, storage throughput, and orchestration that training and inference depend on — and we model buy-versus-rent honestly before you commit to either. We also connect AI tools to your data through Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers — security and governance applied — and build environments where your team can use LLMs without exposing company data, with experienced AI engineers and data scientists carrying the work.
Automation
Business process and operations automation. We connect the systems you already run so information moves between them without manual re-entry — warehouse and operations workflows, scheduled jobs, and integrations that hold up because they are engineered, not glued.
Cloud infrastructure
AWS, Azure, and GCP environments designed, built, and deployed. We start with the landing zone — account structure, identity, and network foundations — so workloads arrive in an environment that is governed from day one. Sizing follows the workload and the budget, not a reseller's margin.
Network infrastructure
Network design and architecture for offices and datacenters: switching, routing, firewalls, and wireless with real coverage planning. Everything is segmented, monitored, and documented as built.
Security
Security architecture across network, cloud, and endpoints, designed into the environment rather than bolted on. Backup and recovery are designed against ransomware specifically, and logging exists so questions have answers.
VoIP and unified communications
VoIP designed and deployed with the network it runs on, because call quality is a network property. We migrate from legacy PBX without losing numbers, and we engineer QoS so voice holds up under load.
Surveillance and access control
Camera and access-control systems designed as one environment: coverage planned from the site plan, key systems that decide who enters what and when, and one view that puts the whole building or site under your control — including rural and remote locations.
01 — Why vendor-neutral
The design follows the requirement, not the margin.
Most integrators are resellers. They carry a vendor’s product line, they hold a quota, and their recommendation follows the partner agreement. That is how the incentive works, whatever the engineers involved would prefer.
Gancas holds no quota and carries no line. When we specify a platform, it is because it fits your requirement and your budget, and we can tell you exactly why. When the right answer is the cheaper one, that is the answer you get.
The result is an environment that is right-sized, documented, and yours.
We don’t only build new environments. Gancas supports and maintains existing infrastructure — including environments we didn’t build — and when a project needs more hands, we provide experienced engineers to work alongside your team.
02 — Who builds it
Who builds it
Gancas engineering is led by a senior infrastructure engineer with 13 years of enterprise experience. The person who scopes your environment has spent a career building them: virtualization, storage, Linux systems, GPU clusters, and enterprise networks.

03 — How we work
How we work
01
Understand
We start from the problem and the budget, not a product sheet.
02
Design
A written design you can read, question, and keep.
03
Build
Deployed by the engineer who designed it, documented as built.
04
Support
We stay accountable for the environment we shipped.

Describe the problem, not a specification. We will tell you what it would take.
